Horrible experience.
He removed a dental implant that was infected. Woke up twice during the procedure and he refused any sort of pain medication after the procedure. He was completely rude about the whole thing. He said, “well surgery sucks so suck it up…” As a healthcare professional myself I was completely appalled by his behavior after the procedure. I ended up going to the ER to seek medical treatment which could have been avoided. The ER doc was shocked by this. I sought out another opinion from TKR oral surgery and everything had to be redone because his work was incorrect. The mesh was not secured to the bone which would have caused graft failure. Everything was so disappointing especially since this was someone that I had put my trust in…. Please, please do not use this physician!

Dr. Salgueiro did a bone transplant and dental implants for me. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. I would recommend Dr. Salgueiro for these types of dental treatments.

I have had two teeth pulled by this doctor. Through out the years I've had extensive dental work. Thos was by far the worst experience. This man practically sat on my chest. He has very poor bedside manner. He did not communicate at all during the procedure. Thank God for the assistant.. it was truly an awful experience. Ease go somewhere else.

I had impacted wisdom teeth and the dr explained the procedure in great detail before doing anything and put me at ease. The consultation and surgery were done the same day. The nurses were very friendly and the recovery has been great so far.

My daughter had a procedure with him today, during which she told him she wasn't numb and could feel what he was doing and he told her it was only pressure she was feeling. Due to the coronavirus protocol, I wasn't allowed in the room, which is understandable. But when I came back afterwards, her face was soaked with tears, she was visibly shaking and clinching the armrest on the chair, crying hard. She told me how much pain she was in and he wouldn't listen. She's 10! She's had oral procedures done before and she knows the difference between pressure and pain. When I brought it up to him, he told me she was wrong, the only thing she could feel was pressure. Do not go to this man, he's very rude, no compassion and will not allow a child or their parent to advocate for the child.

Went in to have a tooth extracted in an emergency type situation. He was very rude. He had no compassion for what I was dealing with and made me feel uncomfortable. Had it not been an emergency situation, and has the assistant not been so kind and caring I would have walked out of the office. The nurses and assistants were amazing but I would never refer anyone to this particular doctor.

Dr. Salgueiro removed my wisdom teeth today and did a wonderful job. His staff is friendly and caring and my overall experience was alot better than I expected (I was very nervous and apprehensive about the procedure.) He seemed to be very thoughtful.
