I first saw Dr. Samuel a year ago about my vertigo and hearing. I had a private and comfortable hearing test given by his asst. Pat. Dr reffered me to hospital for an MRI of my brain with regard to the vertigo. I insisted I be sedated for the MRI due to anxiety, panic and claustrophobia. Pat worked hard to make that happen for me. Dr. Samuel has an excellent "bedside manner." I'm seeing him again for other issues. I would recommended him to anyone needing a profressional and compassionate ENT.

Had to return to dr samuel after 9 years. It was like running into an old friend at a party. Looking forward to being able to breathe correctly again.

I am writing on behalf of my father. I was uncomfortable and I wasn't even the patient. My father was scoped with the door wide open, there was no dignity or privacy for him as a patient. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and had very little patience. My father was seen four times in the last year and missed a stage four cancer entirely where he should have been no other than the ent for a throat cancer. I wouldn't wish anyone to feel the way my father did.
