Quick Laser treatment of BPH
I've used Dr. Wall several times. I chose him for this surgery, after getting his (second) opinion regarding what a more local urologist suggested. The discussion about the surgery was very informative. Day of surgery went very smoothly from start to end. Easy to get follow up questions answered from his office.

I enjoyed talking with him, and his treatment of my prostrate problem was quick and not particularly uncomfortable. He has an excellent sense of humor, which is helpful in putting a patient's concerns to rest when dealing with health issues.

Doctor Wall successfully treated my difficult large silent kidney stone condition in both kidneys. He is a busy surgeon who at times runs late, but he never was rushed with me, he explained my situation clearly, and his treatment was spot on. My research confirmed he is highly competent. He eliminated my stones and for that I am grateful. I recommend Dr. Wall without hesitation.

Dr. Wall yields high confidence through his direct communications. Dr. Wall is an excellent educator as he shared with us, via his ipad, using visuals of the procedure he was recommending for our consideration. Our challenges were related to the front office experience, specifically trying to get through on the phones and then being placed on the phone for over 15 minutes and having to call back while being in a pain level of 10+. Traffic flow of the office staff needs to be evaluated.
