Dr. Martine Bernard, MD

This doctor was excellent. She was attentive, thorough, compassionate and overall just really good at her job. Good bedside manner, great sense of humor and made the patient feel comfortable. I recommend anyone in need of a neurologist to see this doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Bernard for anyone in need of a knowledgeable and caring neurologist. From the very first appointment, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Dr. Bernard always takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure I understand my treatment plan and any next steps. Their timeliness is exceptional, with appointments running smoothly and always on schedule. I also appreciate how quick they are with refilling prescriptions—it's always handled promptly and without any hassle. Above all, Dr. Bernard's kindness and compassion make every visit a positive experience. I feel truly cared for, and I’m grateful to have found such an excellent provider!

So very unprofessional!!! Has someone call and cancel visit at the last minute. Rescheduled visit but did not confirm if the time or date worked for me. Guess what? She did not even show up. I was in the office, in pain for 3 hours. I saw another provider after a wait. Martine Bernard really could do better. Denver Health is considered a Level 1 Trauma center, a teaching and indigent facility. It’s not Walter Reed. I showed up. The doctor didn’t. There’s something wrong with the whole picture. The other staff is professional, warm and friendly. I have conditions yet to be addressed. Very disappointing experience. To save your precious time, you can certainly find a more consistent specialist than Martine Bernard. If this is the way way she approaches her practice, I’m so glad I never consulted with her.

Dr Bernard is a kind and caring doctor. She listens to all your concerns and tells you the best way to help with the issues you may be having. I was sad to see her leave Florence, SC.
