As my knee doctor and surgeon for many years, I fully trust and highly recommend Dr. Leventhal. I've recommended several colleagues, all of whom became longtime patients of his as well. Dr. Leventhal gets my vote of confidence every time- which for me, is more often than most!

Dr. Leventhal is the best orthopedic physician in West Tennessee. As a former medical sales rep, I know many physicians professionally and personally, and Dr. Leventhal tops the list. He is compassionate and personable, which attributes to his exceptional bedside manner. He thoroughly explains your prognosis and his treatment recommendations, and he is not “scalpel happy” (a.k.a. operate and bill, bill). He genuinely wants his patients to have good outcomes and improvement in quality of life and is not above consulting with another physician for a second opinion if warranted. Dr. Leventhal has seen both my father and son as patients as well, and even months later, he reaches out to ask about their recovery. What stands out to me perhaps the most about Dr. Leventhal is despite having a waiting room full of patients followed by multiple cases at the hospital, he never seems rushed. He treats each patient as if they are his only one. God has used Dr. Leventhal to bless so many people!!
