Dr. Marvin is an exceptional physician. He is very knowledgeable and listens well. He is caring and empathizes with your concerns. Highly recommended.

When I saw Dr. Roman at the Trios Urgent Care facility recently, I was feeling achy, had raspiness in my breath, couldn't sleep at night, etc. Dr. Roman listened very patiently as I explained my situation to him. He asked good questions and made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of that day. As it turned out, I followed his recommendations to the letter and began to feel better by the 2nd and 3rd days. I was very grateful since I had waited 2 weeks before I went to see him and now received the best care and the best results. And as I walked out of his office that day, I was thinking to myself, 'Now there is a caring, genuine person.' He is a friend to all!

Listens well, quick to help you and knew his business

Dr. Roman cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to their concern. He takes the time to order the proper medication and or labs needed. He takes the time to make sure he has you come in to discuss any lab results he may have ordered. He makes sure to give his medical opinion in a very honest yet professional manner.

If you're looking for a doctor that's comprehensive in his evaluations, highly competent, intelligent, well-trained and compassionate with a thorough approach to your health and has a kind, professional and direct manner in dealing with his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Marvin Roman. In addition, he adapts his communication style to best reach his patients and seems to connect with both younger and older folks alike. I'm 52 yrs old and college educated, with a tendency to become either resistant towards or complacent with following recommendations. Dr. Roman, however, is the first doctor in a very long time that puts the responsibility of my health squarely where it belongs...in my hands, but he does so in a way that makes me WANT to follow his recommendations! To me, that says a lot.

Last year, 2019, my primary care doctor and my husband's doctor both retired, leaving us on the market to check out new doctors. We have been very pleased with Dr Marvin Roman. It's a joy to go in and talk to him, discuss our issues, have him fine tweak our medicine. I worried, at first, having to book appointments through Trios and all the red tape that could happen, and having to relay information through myriad receptionists, nurses and the like But... our experience so far .. has been GREAT... Not only with Dr Roman, but the staff, the follow through, his sending our bloodwork info to the labs, and prescriptions to our pharmacies. We are very pleased with Dr Marvin Roman !! Hope for years to come, too.

Excellent! He is all three of my kids doctor. He has taken the time to get to know each one and listens to them. I’ve had to wait about 10 mins in lobby but worth it! He’s absolutely great with follow up care and referred us as needed.

Not pleased at all. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Roman over a month in advance, he was the only available at earliest. I arrived 30mins early with paperwork already filled. Waited over an hour long. Not much people were even in the lobby. Finally see him, he suggests that I drug myself up with Nyquil to solve the issue, by no means is any help. Then as I left he says he will refer me to a specialist. Never heard from anyone. Then I asked do I check out or what , he says "If you want".
