Excellent I keep my provider Dr.Rossi because he is the best neurologist I have ever had . Have had epilepsy since I was 19 and I have had different neurologist but no one is close to Dr.Rossi he is very thThorough with each patient.

Always late, never remembered me
Always an hour late to office visits. Never prepared. Never remembered who I was or took the time to review my chart.I was an established patient on his caseload, called him when I started having breakthrough seizures. He told me to come right in to the emu and instructed the er staff not to stop my seizures- that they would be down to get me. No one got me for over 6 hours. After one hour waiting in the er, I had 10 focal seizures before the attending stepped in and over rode his order and they finally gave me an emergency med to stop by seizures. On a hospital stay, he signed my diagnosis and discharge without ever talking to me or asking me what was going on. His failure to review my records or talk to me led him to make judgments without all the facts. I felt like I was being treated like a 1950s hysterical woman in a mental institute. Don’t go to him.

Never in my life
I've had three visits with him, and he's been an hour late to two of them. Plus, every time we meet, he has to comment on how peculiar it is that I take both a capsule and a tablet, and I have to explain why it is the way it is. I have better things to do than wait around an exam room to be made to feel judged just because what works for me is a little unconventional and to not have him put in my chart why it is I take what I take.

Dr. Rossi has been caring for my son who started having refractory seizures with a vaccine injury. He has a very complicated case. Because he is board-certified in psychiatry as well, this has meant our son is getting incredible medical care, not only from the standpoint of resolving seizures, but also with psychotropic medication‘s. He is the most kind, compassionate doctor I have ever met. We have three children who have special-needs so we have met many, many doctors. He takes the time to go over every detail of our sons care. He has explained medication‘s to me, Innoway no other doctor has, in a way I can understand and know what to look out for. From our very first appointment with Dr Rossi there was such a sense that his caring for his patience is very real. Our sons seizures were brutal to get under control, but Dr. Rossi was successful! He treats everyone with reverence and respect. Because we have been with Dr. Rossi for multiple years of outstanding care, he is 10 stars!

I really liked Dr Rossi. He was very thorough, reviewed my history, brain scans & meds. He explained things to me in a way I could understand. He saw me after [my previous provider] left & I was nervous I wouldn't like him. I really like him. He was so kind & patient with me.

The Best
Dr. Rossi is the most thorough, intentional, compassionate and caring provider. As a patient you feel as if he truly care for your wellbeing and is working to find answers and ensure you get better. I felt heard and understood and decided to bring my daughter to see him as well. He’s called me personally and takes time to answer my questions. I never feel rushed. I’m so Blessed to have him as a doctor and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rossi treated my daughter for epilepsy and I found him to be the very best. The most caring doctor who actually listened and showed a lot of patience. He left the state and we miss him very much. God bless Dr. Rossi!
