I was a patient at SWI just over 4 years ago and was treated for chronic Lyme disease & mold toxicity. When I arrived I was in a wheelchair and extremely ill. Post treatment I have been amazing & have recommended this treatment to many friends & family members suffering from Lyme Disease. Prior to treatment at SWI I had seen over 25 doctors, non which knew what was wrong with me. The day I met doc I knew I was in the right place. He is the most educated doctor that I have never met. Thanks Doc!

When coming to SWI, I had exhausted all my options and considered SWI as my last hope. I was wheelchair bound and I had slurred speech, seizures, and stomach issues. Doc and his staff treated me and believed in my healing even when things seemed hopeless. Many nights, Doc and his staff spent hours trying to stop my seizures. He even stayed during Hurricane Irma to treat several patients, including myself, who were too ill to evacuate. Doc never gave up on me, and for that, I am forever grateful.

The most committed and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met.
After visiting countless doctor he was the one who after extensive medical exams told us what was wrong with our son. We are very grateful to Dr. Sponaugle and his team for their dedication in trying to get my son well again.

Sponaugle wellness healed me and educated me on my body and my mind. I have been ill for over 25 years and functioning at below level. I went to every doctor imaginable and was met with statement like it's all in your mind, or just reduce your stress and you will be fine. I sought solace in the holistic community for years trying Accupuncture, Pranic healing, massage, Ayurvedic treatment, cleanses, lymph drainage, etc. you. Doctor sponaugle understand Lyme, coinfections, mold and toxins.

Dr. Sponaugle's expertise in brain research has led him to develop an unparalleled detoxification program to help alleviate symptoms related to chronic lyme disease, mold toxicty and industrial toxicity. This is the best I've felt since getting sick. Having the knowledge I now do, I am prepared to keep moving forward in the healing process and gain my life back. Dr. Sponaugle and his staff are truly kind and caring and SWI has become like a family to me. I am so blessed to have found this place

Compassionate, caring, excellent diagnostician and brilliant doctor. Dr Sponaugle diagnosed with precision bacterial meningitis and is treating successfully my wife who I brought on a wheelchair, paralyzed with severe tremors and seizures and slurred speech. We find that he is combining with excellence traditional antibiotic treatments with natural medicine. My wife is much improved and we are humbled by the patience, competence and care we have been provided with by the entire Sponaugle team.
