My veterinarian gets better care and helpful and everything else and the dogs love her!

Very pleasant, reassuring she would do everything within her power to help with the referral to a Retina Specialist I had seen previously through a different general practitioner. She was successful. She was professional and yet, personal, too.

I have found Dr Chau from my very first visit, to be very professional. She’s also friendly, listens, and responds. Explains treatments so you understand. Makes referrals as needed. I remember sitting in an exam room and hearing the sound of laughter. That was a first for me and thought it was wonderful. The office staff is excellent

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This dr should not even be practicing anymore. She prescribed 3 new medications over the phone to m brother WITHOUT seeing him or even talking to him on the phone!!!! His xwife called the dr and requested it. This is WRONG! These pill were for a condition he has never been diagnosed with! It turned him into a zombie falling all the time. Another dr couldn’t believe he was ever even prescribed these meds. He stopped all the meds she prescribed him and was back to normal. 100% UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT see this dr.

Dr Chau is rude and dismissive. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and she spoke to me as of I am a child and do not know what I am talking about. Unless you follow her 100% she thinks you are not in good health, even when lab results show a marked improvement and are trending towards normal. Unless you like being made to feel like an idiot, do not go here.

I had this doctor for 4 years. Twice I needed to see the doctor as soon as I could. Both times I was told to go to the emergency room because they were booked up for the next two weeks. Why bother having a doctor if they can only see you when they want to do a check up and not there for you when you need medical attention? Also, receptionist is not professional at all. Does not return calls and makes decisions on her own without asking the doctor.

Worst experience with a doctor's office in my life. Went to her and she initially agreed to treat me for my adhd, then she made it difficult to get appts within 30 days, and her and office staff made me feel like I was a crazy drug addict, despite me bringing my medical records, past rx history. She was not supportive of mental health issues while I was trying to find another avenue to handle adhd rx she wasn't empathetic to helping me transition into a psych which takes a few months to get apt

MY MOTHER WAS RECENTLY TREATED IN THE ER FOR HER BLOOD PRESSURE WHICH WAS DANGEROUSLY HIGH. UPON HERE RELEASE SHE WAS INSTRUCTED TO SEE HER DR. TO DO A RECHECK TO READJUST HER MEDS. THE DR WAS NOT IN AND THAT THE NURSE WOULD REVIEW HER TEST RESULTS AND THE NURSE OR SO WOULD CALL HER. NOBODY CALLED HER BACK UNTIL TODAY WITH A FUTURE DATE APPT. MY MOTHER WAS JUST TAKEN BY AMBULANCE BACK TO THE HOSPITAL. BAD SERVICE, BAD CARE!

Love DR. Chau, the best doctor in the INLAND EMPIRE !

I was experiencing some pain on the left side of my chest around the breast area. I called Dr. Chau’s office, to make an appointment. After I met with Dr. Chau I was given an EKG by the medical assistant, the results were normal. Dr. Chau didn’t return back, no follow up, no follow through, nothing she was done. I found out 2 1/2 months later I had an expired cardiologist appointment.

Office staff has to call you back with each call. Asked to speak with dr. Said I couldn't due to office policy. Recently changed insurance and they would not give me a paper copy of current prescription, stated I could come in and pay $140 to see dr out of pocket for prescription. horrible patient care.

Office staff is rude and uncaring. Wait time to be seen is extremely long and then once Dr. Chau sees you she rushes through the visit. She is quick to hand out medication do cover the problem not fix it.

I cant even say- First visit and 3 weeks later someone called told me all sorts of things didn't know what meds I had taken sent me for Labs and I had just gone the week prior - No I was out. You expect the doctor to have a visit and go over labs and meds- then asks for an appt. 2 months later - I said no Im out Bldg is a church bldg just ugly and old.
