Good with LGBTQ+ patient
I saw Dr. Grooms from when I was a baby until I "aged out". In my personal opinion, she is--just like a previous comment said--the most professional and attentive physician I have ever met. I have not yet found a physician as good as her. I am LGBTQ+ and I thought she was very comfortable with LGBTQ+ patients. She gave me more advice on being LGBTQ+ than even my gynecologist. I am writing this because I know how hard it can be to trust doctors as an LGBTQ+ person (if you are a parent of an LGBTQ+ child, please keep that in mind as you select doctors). Personally, I highly recommend her!!
