Awful. Never again. Had my exam. She said my retinas were ok (flashes of light). She said new prescription wouldn't help. See you in a year! But TriCare is every two years. You can come in when I want you to, with cataracts! WHAT? Never told me I had cataracts! No explanation, no treatment plan, nothing! Flippant, rude, unprofessional. Flirting with her assistant! Never again! I never did get the written prescription. Wasn't ready when I left.
