I used to be a patient of Dr. Graven. I had a surgery with her for fibroids and was having difficulty conceiving. When Graven stopped practicing, I figured why not try Kilkenny. I hate to compare but night and day. I felt rushed and was given generic answers to my very serious issues: chronic pain (endometriosis), infertility, etc. I saw her twice and haven’t again.

I made an appointment with Dr. Kilkenny on 12/23/20 to visit her on 02/17/21 at her office in Campbell, CA. I called her office on 02/16 in the morning and the appointment was confirmed. Early afternoon I received a call from Natalie saying Dr. Kilkenny would not see me and the next appointment would be scheduled for April. I left two messages, but no one has returned my calls. I waited 46 days for the appointment and suddenly it was cancelled. She did not show any respect for me as a new patient and made no effort t to accommodate me in her schedule. Simply I would have to wait another two months to see her. She is unprofessional and has no regard for me. I will not recommend her to any one.

Dr. Kilkenny has been my go to doctor for many yrs and took good care. She listens, she is proactive and keeps up to date (got me on patches instead of just pill form hormones when patches were just starting to be used), she repeatedly made sure I understood how important it was for me to follow her directions to prevent problems, and carefully followed up. She is a real pro. Her staff and colleagues have been respectful and they go beyond the call of duty. I have moved and am now more than an hour away so they call me to save me a trip when the dr's schedule changes unexpectedly because of her needing to attend to a delivery. I have now recently found an O-BGYN near me and I will miss Dr. K.

Dr. Kilkenny is super compassionate and knowledgable, she made me feel at ease with decisions and I had a painless pap smear! She got me back on track with a few health monitoring procedures (bone density screening, mammogram, etc.) that I had been putting off. Also, the office staff has turned around from 2018 with a much higher degree of professionalism and positivity.

My first visit with her was back in December. She was very kind and informative during my visit this meant a lot because I had the same ob for 10 years and had to change due to insurance.

Dr. Kilkenny is amazing! She has delivered all 3 of my children and I wouldn’t have it any other way. During the birth of my first child, she arrived at the hospital and quickly assessed a potentially life threatening situation for me and my baby. She handled the situation in a calm and reassuring manner while working quickly to get myself and the baby out of danger. She and her nurse practitioner are knowledgeable and experienced

Would not recommend Dr Kilkenny. She encouraged an unnecessary procedure without taking the time to explain the risks and potential complications. I truly question whether she really has the patient’s interests at heart.

This review is only about the receptionist at Dr. Kilkenny’s office. I observed her being rude to a patient in the office, overheard her being rude to a patient on the phone and then received the same treatment myself. Allowing your staff to be unkind just isn’t acceptable anywhere, much less at a physicians office where patients are concerned, in pain etc. Go somewhere else for treatment!

The quality of a doctors staff is a direct reflection of the care they have for their patients. I have had numerous negative experiences with Dr. Kilkenny's staff, and for that reason I can not recommend anyone to her practice. Although the office staff were friendly they were somewhat clueless about my billing inquiries. The more serious issues I experienced were with her two assistants. Insensitivity to privacy and sterile practices (lack thereof) during procedures.
