Dr. Niland is wonderful! She answers all of your questions without rushing you out the door. I appreciate that she speaks directly to my teenage son throughout his appointment and makes him feel comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough.

We’ve been going to step by step for 12 years. All three of my kids and we, as parents, have had a great experience. Not only are the doctors the best I’ve ever worked with but the nurses are amazing and really love their jobs. You never want to feel from a nurse or doctor that you are a parent who over reacts and should not have brought your sick kid into the office. You won’t ever feel that way at step by step. Also, when you call, you have choices to leave a message or talk to a nurse. They always call back within that day. It’s a well run office with great doctors, nurses and staff.

We LOVE Dr Niland!! My girls are comfortable talking to her, which is great to have that kind of relationship going into the teen years! All of the Dr's and staff there are great, we especially love Peyton!

our visit was great. Dr Niland is easy to talk to and she state everything clearly so I can understand. when we view their website and I saw her I knew right away that I want her to be my kids pediatrician.

Dr. Niland was my doctor for 6 years, and she is awesome! She is so good at making her patients feel comfortable. Dr. Niland is funny, caring, and everything else you could want in a doctor. Now that I'm 18, I will miss having her as my doctor, but I highly recommend her to anyone.
