I feel like Dr. Hilal listens to me and takes action when necessary. I feel like I can trust her with my health and that she has my best interests at heart. However, I have to echo some of the comments of the other patients, in that the front desk staff lacks professionalism and respect towards the patients. They are short, curt and rude. It is a shame that such a wonderful doctor does not have the benefit of a professional front line.

I'm a patient of Dr. Hilal's for about 2.5 years. I have always liked her. My wife is currently pregnant & struggling with a cough & breathing. Her staff was extremely cold & uncaring: stating that "policy is new patients have to wait." I called too, indicating that I was a long-standing patient & need my wife to see someone - especially being that she's pregnant. The same "policy" was reiterated. Her staff member - Priscilla - didn't care that I said I'd start going elsewhere. She just laughed.
