No empathy
Dr. Thenganatt is well qualified. However, I found she had no empathy, which is important for a patient with a serious condition. She responds poorly to communication attempts and is sometimes ignorant about things like community resources and even new drugs. I hope to find another movement disorders specialist.

Terrible doctor. Uncaring and unresponsive when patients are battling for their lives.

All she does is prescribe medications. Asks almost no questions, seems to care very little about the patient, zero follow up. She left the state without referring the patient to another physician.
