Dr Webster may perpetually run late but she also gives her patients all the time needed so that she can accurately help. I've been with her for 15 years. I have never considered leaving her practice. My mental health is complicated and she is adept at balancing the symptoms with my medication.

Amazing psychiatrist!
Dr. Webster is inviting, a great listener, friendly, helpful, very smart, interactive, attentive, holds me responsible, available and easy to talk to. I hope she never retires.

Dr. Webster is overscheduled. She may be a good doc with credentials but having too many patients has taken away her focus. The wait times are up to two hours. If you mention the wait time to her, she will talk to you about her work hours which are often until 11 pm every evening. It would be responsible for her to take fewer patients for the health of herself and her patients. It is better to drive to Atlanta if you can where there are more docs available. April at front desk is wonderful.

Kind person. Wonderful doctor. But always running behind schedule. Be prepared to wait past your appointment time. Could be 15 min or could be 45 min.

Called today on 8/7 and spoke with April. She is by far the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered .Called to ask about insurance , since my insurance told me that Dr. Webster takes our plan. I told April that she had already spoken to my husband this morning and she literally screamed at me and I quote, " that she talks to 150 pt's a day and she can't possibly remember everyone she speaks to." She never let me finish my sentence. Fireable offense. Would have pd cash for MD
