Dr. Matloub is exceptional. She listened to what has and has not worked in the past for me. She gave me a care plan that has forever transformed my life for the better. She is a great listener, professional, and so knowledgeable.

Very abrupt and showed no empathy.
Very hard to communicate with. She showed no empathy or compassion for the patient and family member as they try to navigate best course of treatment as well as dealing with the traumatic events that lead to epilepsy diagnosis.
