Dr. Maryann Gamble, MD

I saw Dr Gamble for the first & only time on 10/27/20. She came highly recommended & has lots of great reviews, but s was rude from the moment we first spoke. It was like she had a chip on her shoulder or just did not like me. We’ve never met before, but it really felt like she hated me. She was a lot nicer after I started to walk out, but there was still this edgy, irritated demeanor. I didn’t feel as though she really listened to me. She was not friendly or comfortable to be around. Her nurse also seemed unfriendly & not really with it. When I got a voice mail 2 days later from unknown staff to check my online chart for test results, I knew that this Dr could care less about helping me. Especially since results show a potentially life threatening disease that will require ongoing medical assistance. There was a short note that medication was order & to come back in January. New medicine will worsen one of the main ailment. This has prompted me to change docs. Don’t go to Dr Gamble

Dr. Gamble is an incredibly smart and talented doctor with an amazing charisma and bed-side manner. She takes the time to explain things in detail, while using relatable and easy to understand language. She really cares about her patients and will go the extra mile to ensure that patients are taken care of. The only downside is that patients naturally flock to the best doctors which means that Dr. Gamble’s schedule is often full out in advance. Hey, but the best doctors are always the busiest, so this should be no surprise. None the less, as a patient with a complex history, she always finds a way to ensure that I am taken care of, even when her own schedule is full. In this age of healthcare and insurance minimizing the patient, Dr. Gamble and her staff are a committed and caring practice who still make every patient feel heard and prioritized.

I am so happy Dr Gamble is my family doctor. She is brilliant and takes the time to discuss any questions you may have about your health. She is professional, kind and I trust her completely. I always feel better after I see Dr. Gamble.

Dr. Gamble just wasn't the doctor for me. I went to see her back in Oct 2017, and overall felt very rushed. I had a few things I wanted to discuss with her, in addition to getting birth control taken out (arm implant), and she made it clear there was no time to take out the bc (which took about 10mins) and also discuss other concerns I had. As someone trying out a new Dr/Patient relationship, I did not feel comfortable or well cared for, just felt like she was trying to get me in/out asap.

Finally after lots of doctor visits, a doctor that has your undivided attention. This doctor was cordial, professional and made me feel welcomed. Knock on wood, hope this the norm.

She was amazing! She was attentive to what I had to say and very friendly. I was very nervous on my first visit but her and her staff made me feel better right away! I would most definitely recommend her to anyone!

This was my first visit and I'm usually very nervous in new situations and meeting new people. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Gamble saw me after I had been to the ER for whiplash due to a car accident. She switched what meds I had been given from the ER. Instead of more pain killers, she had me take a steroid to reduce the swelling and stuff. It worked great. I didn't miss much work, and I have no long term issues with my back.
