Dr. Sandy is a remarkably gifted physician with a bed side manner like no other doctor my family and I have ever experienced before. Her emotional intelligence matches her medical intelligence and she, therefore, has a gift to heal and help her patients from all angles. Dr. Sandy not only has healed me but my entire family from the inside out with her medical intelligence and I would recommend her as a professional to anyone and everyone. She is truly a gem of a person and professional.

Maryann Sandy, M.D. recently saw my sister who requested anxiety medication. Within the last 2 years, my 67 year old sister lost her husband, lost her job of 30 years, had three major surgeries back to back, and has found herself at retirement age nearly destitute and thousands of dollars in debt. Dr Sandy's answer? A prescription for a $369.00 sleep aid instead of a $6.00 prescription for Ativan or Xanax and a notation in her chart labeling her as having "adjustment disorder". Most people could easily understand her continuing anxiety based on these life events, but Dr Sandy chose to slap a label on her and dismiss her. Perhaps her calling is in research where she would not be bothered with those annoying patients. My only hope is that Karma brings her an "empathy epiphany" before other patients experience her narcissism.
