Dr Fernandez is caring and compassionate. She loves her job and treat every patient with respect and dignity. She had resolved all my medical issues effectively with the right treatment. She always has the best attitude. Thank you, Dr Fernandez. Keep up the job job.

I’m just gonna go straight to my point here. I left dr. Fernandez clinic (poinciana) due to her not listening Neither, don’t get me wrong, she’s a nice person, but I needed a doctor, this office is more concern about there review more then there patient. That’s my point to this. She requested a meeting with me to apologize but kept talking about how the review made her look to others . My concern with the staff was not important. obviously because nothing has change and that’s concerning, so I was not listen then too.GOOD LUCK!the staff IS the issue

no diagnosis ... only what I provided her ... I needed a referral to my dentist to perform extractions ... but she refused rather let the bacteria infect my heart valves because which she confirmed was defective and had a heart murmur and LVH ... but did not refer me to a cardiologist ... Hmmm but submitted a complete analysis of me ... to collect the most money she could!

She is a great and caring doctor. Unfortunately she is leaving and going to Miami

All the staff are very friendly, polite and very professional! Doctor Fernandez is very kind, and loving doctor! I'm so glad I found her! She showed her dedication to her by taking her time to listen to her patients! God bless and keep protecting her, so she can keep doing such an amazing job!

Absolutely brilliant doctor

Dr Fernandez is amazing. I am really upset that she has to leave her practice with Dr Concepition! I will follow her anywhere. ( husband too) So will many many of the people in my community!

I have been with Dr Fernandez for approximately 1 year now. She is an excellent physician, I like her knowledge, her professionalism, her caring aspect and that she takes the time to listen. The unfortunate part is the office she works at is lacking these efficiencies and there does no t appear to be a caring nature. It would be great to be able to get someone to answer the phone. So frustrating calling and calling to leave a message and now return call. I am hoping where ever she ends up it is close by so we can all resume our calls out relationships and care with her

Dr Fernández is an excellent, caring Dr. She’ll listen and will take time explaining and answering your questions. She will look for solutions and will make sure that your health is always number one concern. I’ll recommend her 100%, also her staff are awesome and very friendly!! My husband and I have been her patients for about a year now and will not change her for anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fernandez for almost two years. I am impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. One thing I especially like is her concern with preventive health care; encouraging healthy behaviors/nutrition. She spends the necessary time with her patients, and there is never a wait in the waiting room. The only thing I would recommend is for office staff to respond to telephone messages more quickly.

Dr. Fernandez takes the time to listen and to comprehensively review medical records and history. She is responsive to each individual as a patient. She is most highly qualified. I went to 4 other physicians before finding her and here I will stay! She is simply the best!

I was fortunate to meet Dr Fernandez at a Health Fair, I was impressed with her and delighted to learn that she was opening a practice near my location. She is one knowledgeable, terrific, outstanding caring physician. She has excellent bedside manners. Dr. Fernandez takes time to review your history, listen to your concerns and ensures that you understand any concerns she may have. I have had several family doctors before moving to this area and none of them were as thorough or caring as Dr. Fernandez. I have recommended several friends and after their first visit they let me know how pleased they were and they too have recommended their friends and family members as well. Her staff members are efficient and caring. Having a knowledgeable and caring family doctor has eliminated much stress for me. She is a highly favored doctor in my community.

I have know Dr. Fernandez since she first open her clinic here in poinciana. She is thorough, kind and compassionate. She calls you during the weekend if she has to. She is on top my health for my own good. The staff is great always and helpful. I am happy with the choice we made and recommend her to anyone.

You also cannot get a hold of anyone in this office via telephone. You have to get their answering service and you were at their mercy to call you back, which they never do. Who in the world would rely on email or text that nobody responded to to change a patient’s appointment. That is the time that you make a personal phone call so that people can look at your schedule and see if they are able to make that new appointment time. Yeah the doctor said get to make their appointments but screw the year of the patients because you’re at their mercy. Well I will be finding a new doctor.

Just recently chose Dr. Fernandez as my primary Physician, therefore I have only had two visits with her. But those two visit made such a huge impact on me. Her staff is super nice and As for Dr. Fernandez, I would recommend her to anyone. She's very professional but she also talks to you like a friend not like you're just another patient. She took time to explain my situation and I never once felt like she was rushing through things. I am very please with my choice!

I would recommending Dr. Fernandez to family and friends. She takes interest and discuss her diagnoses so patient will understand. Dr. Fernandez responds quickly if you need her.

Dr Fernandez is the best. On May 16 she and her staff will be moving to a new location, the building next to Wayne Hospital. And she speaks Spanish.

I recently switched to Dr. Fernandez for my primary care doctor. Her office may not be fancy, but the treatment I received from her staff and the doctor herself was of five star excellence. Professional as well as compassionate, I am very happy with my choice and would recommend her to anyone who is in need of care.
