Dr. Heneghan has been following our now seven-year-old son since he was born as a micropreemie. He has a rare genetic condition that makes it difficult to correlate how his hypothyroidism, early birth, a complicated medical history, and current health concerns affect his growth and development. She takes the time and care to explain everything to us, even veering off to explain the definition of a word in a definition, to make sure we know what is going on. I have felt that she has always had our son‘s well-being in the forefront of her mind, not the time limit on the appointment.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Heneghan?
Working with this doctor and staff has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication with this staff is the poorest I have ever experienced with any medical practice. I can never get through to the office via the call center, and when I leave messages, they don't return calls. They do not do what they say they have done (send in prescriptions, work with insurance, return emails, etc.). They do not listen to the parents perspective and do not take into consideration the child's best interest. They truly do not care about their patients or families. My child felt intimated by this doctor at every single visit. I would never recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.
