Dr. Masa is an EXCELLENT doctor. He is professional, competent, empathetic, compassionate, and caring. I'm over 70 and I went to see him for the first time last week for my yearly physical exam and he is very thorough and understands how difficult it is for me to make it to doctor appointments. I usually see my primary care doctor only once a year for a physical exam and only when necessary. I am extremely happy he is my primary care doctor.

Was able to get in and be established as a new patient. He explained things clearly and did not seem to be rushing. He is available to talk on the phone which is nice!

My granddaughter needed an emergency procedure and luckily for us we found this clinic down the road. The doctor was very patient and he listened. We were amazed with his bed side manners.

Theodosia family medical clinic provides a perfect example of how modern primary care practices should function. I've been coming to Dr. Masa for about 18 months, and he's able to balance great bedside manner and courtesy with operational efficiency that allows him to start all of his appointments on time. It's amazing to be able to schedule appointments that actually start and end on time. A huge advantage over most other providers who can't seem to figure this out.

We established Dr. Masa as our primary care physician last year and couldn't be happier with our choice. I've never liked going to the doctor's office before, but I like going here because I know that I'll be seen promptly and receive competent care!

Dr. Masa is the best PCP I've ever had. He's highly recommended in MO Healthnet provider's guide by users and they're all right. He's got a great sense of humor and he's easy to talk to. He really listens to you and provides excellent advice based on a conservative approach (ie. therapy before surgery). I don't ever feel like he's just prescribing me something to shut me up or make his drug reps happy. I've never had a hard time getting an appointment and every other doctor he's given me referrals to have been great as well. Best. Doctor. Ever. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this guy.

The staff was very polite and helpful, Dr. Masa was very kind and listened to my concerns and addressed them to the best of his knowledge. Overall, this was a great learning experience for me.

Dr. Masa and his awesome group are like concierge service for your health. Super appointments to cover whatever you need to cover.
