Excellent physician.
I was fortunate to get in on the same day I tried for bad ear trouble. Dr. Herbst was knowledgeable, professional, caring, kind, listened well and naturally included me in my treatment decision making. He was EXCELLENT.

The BEST!!
Dr. Herbst is amazing! This guy shows up to the hospital to see his patients when they’ve been admitted. He’s thorough, determined to find answers and has the best personality/bedside manner. He will not rush during a visit and is a great listener. Following an active shooter incident at my place of work, he handled my situation with unbelievable grace and patience. Furthermore, Tiffany (nurse) follows up AND periodically checks in with patients to see how they’re doing. Coming from the Mayo Clinic, I did not expect this level of care. He and his team ROCK!

Was an hour late coming in,he didnt explain things very well.he didnt say if he thought it was serious he said you dont have to have any tests done so I really didnt get any answer.even tho he wanted me to have other tests
