If you want a doctor about himself
If you would like a doctor all about himself, definitely choose Dr.Snodgrass. Dr.Snodgrass appeared to be all about me at first. He is VERY pushy with trying to place patients on anti-depressants. Any medication you're currently on he will try and take you off. He rolls his eyes when you tell him you're interested in alternative medicine. His over all demeanor is that you are bothering him. I would strongly advise you read other reviews left about this provider. Also search other platforms, they articulate very similar reviews. Oh and know he will try and press you REALLY hard for a COVID vaccine.

Not what I'm looking for in a PCP
Our PCP of 8 years left to have her own practice so we decided to give Dr. Snodgrass a try. I found him to be a little smug and felt he was trying too hard to capture me as a new patient. I'm a retired Ayurvedic health practitioner and was hoping to find another doctor who was open minded about mind/body issues and alternative therapies - like our other PCP. I mentioned this to Dr. Snodgrass but I did not find him to fall into that category. Additionally, when I read his after visit notes, I was shocked to see that he marked me IN RED as obese! I'm 72 , 5'2" and weigh 169 pounds. I have lost about 12 pounds over the last year and want to lose another 20 pounds which is a weight that I feel at my age I can maintain. I have a pretty muscular body as I walk 2.5 miles 5 to 6 days a week (3 times with leg weights). Ahem, I don't feel that I am obese! I found this shocking and frankly, quite a turnoff and a little discouraging! I'm scheduling with another doctor

Best PCP ever!
I chose Dr. Snodgrass as my and my husband's primary care physician when our previous provider moved out of state. During our first appointment, he spent over an hour getting to know my husband and me. It was far and away the most thorough introductory appointment I've ever had. I feel like he is genuinely invested in my healthcare. He has a wonderful bedside manor and has always responded to my questions/ concerns expediently. I have recommended him to several of my friends as well as several provider specialists who are looking to refer patients to a PCP.

Dr. Snodgrass did't seem to know why I was there, when it was he and his staff that ask for the appointment. His goal seemed to be to take me off medications. I have no problem with that, if someone fully explains why. He seemed more interested in my Advance Directive than my current health. He wanted me to answer the Advance Directive question right then at his terminal. This was before we addressed why I was there. He never brought up the result of the blood work he requested prior to this visit. The blood work was a prerequisite to my visit. He has a very direct manner which I am OK with, but some people might find intimidating.

Dr Snodgrass is the most attentive, thoughtful doctor I have had in my 66 years. He listens to hear, he considers your opinion and works with you. Everyone should have as kind and considerate and knowledgeable doctor as he is.

I have been assigned Dr. Snodgrass as my new PCP. I can't see him for another 5 weeks because he can't be bothered any sooner than that. I CAN'T BREATH! I AM FORCING MYSELF TO KEEP BREATHING. BREATHING IS DIFFICULT. But he doesn't want to have me see a pulmonologist even though urgent care says I need to see one, because urgent care can't help me. Dr. Snodgrass is more concerned with demanding I go do some fasting labs so he can check my medication levels. He doesn't care about patients needs.

He does not care what so ever about his patient. He is self centered and thinks he knows everything. He is more worried about his own agenda that the concerns of who is being treated. He is against medicines that help relieve pain and tries to convince you the pain is in your head and then cuts you off the medicines he does not like. If a specialist gives you something he does not like he will change it and not even looking at the chart why it has been prescribed.
