Expect to wait at least hr every time you visit the office. Doctor places consults without telling you. When asked for a referral to a specialist staff never followed up with the referral. The front desk staff isn't bad. The person who works in billing is HORRIBLE, very unprofessional, rude and has an attitude. Leave multiple messages, staff don't return phone calls. When Chelsey worked here no problems besides waiting. Now she has been gone =(

Worst place to go. They make so many mistakes and they want to charge people for their mistakes and what is worse is that they think people is not paying for whatever they get (they get tone of money from our insurance company). I would not recommend this place to anyone. Doctors are always late and customer service is horrible.

I always had great experience at the clinic. Wait is a little long but theres alot a patients that go to this doctors. Shes a really nice lady. I never had any problems with billing or the staff. I see a alot of people comin in mad cuz they dont want to follow the rules and they are so disrespectful as soon as they walk in the door. lot of patients get mad and say false things cuz they know they are in the wrong but dont want to admit it. But ive never had any issues with calling or anything

Listen closely to all of the reviews....you cannot get a live person to answer the phone, ever, and they call you back hours later not answering your questions. Waiting room is overpacked, they make you wait in line for 30 min before telling you you have to sign in 1st, not when you 1st get there, w/no sign asking you to sign in. Receptionist was rude, snappy, and treaded me like dirt. When I ask for an appt. she rudely tells me I can't be seen for months w/no explanation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The staff never answers the phone or returns voicemails left. So when you are trying to get seen you will never get a hold of them. When you give up calling after the hundredth time they will schedule you an appointment two months away and send you out the door after you drove all the way there and called 100 times. They also over book their day. The waiting area is often jammed packed and often your "appointment" is delayed for over an hour. I can go on..

Physical was less than two minutes, staff extremely disrespectful, contacting the office via phone is almost nonexistent waiting time approximately one hour. Staff doesn't return calls when messages are left in voicemails. Private insurance patients are required to schedule appointment so they can bill your insurance. Appointments mandated for refills, documentation, and any questions to the Doctor. Best yet, you are only permitted to discuss two medical concerns. The Flu, pick only two symptoms

Really bad and frustrating experience with Dr Sotomayors daughter Isabel Sotomayor whom is the billing dept. Manager and the rudest person I have come across, I had posted my REVIEW on Google to tell you of said experience, will never come here again. (I put 0 for office visit because my husband and I were there for a wellness visit but billing sent it in as an office visit which is a huge discrepancy in their part & is the issue I'm still trying to resolve 2 yrs later)
