Disappointing
Dr. Anastasi presents as professional and friendly. I saw him 3 times and each time he promised that he expected better outcomes with PT. I had done every kind of therapy that exists for the last year and cannot relieve the pain in my leg. The last time I saw him he stated he was going to reach out to a pain management physician to discuss my case. I never heard or received any information about that. After the last time I saw him, another doctor ordered a pelvic mri and found I had bilateral torn labrums and torn obturator muscles. I scheduled an appointment with him so I could ask questions about my hip. I was getting ready for my appointment and went to log onto my portal to confirm time and they cancelled it. I waited weeks for that appointment and the reason that was stated was that I should follow up with pain management and here is a number. I need an orthopedist now that I know I have hip issues. Why couldn't I just be seen to ask my questions? Really disappointing.

Dr Anastasi was extremely friendly and professional and took the time to really figure out what was going on with me. Their front office staff are friendly and courteous and I would recommend this office. Unfortunately we had to leave because our insurance isn't accepted there anymore.

I've been going to this office for 25 years and called to get in for a shoulder injection because I was in pain and they couldn't get me an appt for two months! Then they said I would need to be seen first and then schedule another appointment for the injection so it would have been even longer before I finally got any relief. I went somewhere else.

I have seen lot of doctors but Dr Anastasi is different. He don,t care about patient. I was 10 minutes late due to freeway car accident traffic delay. I waited 15 days for an appointment and took 4 hours off from work for appointment with him. But he refuse to do treatment. Even I requested to speak with him for a minute but he refuse to show his face.I am suffering High blood pressure, Diabetic and many more. As a doctor should not ignore based on color/Race/religious. He,ll be patient oneday

I'm an aging athlete and a 25 year, full time, personal trainer; I have a Degree in Exercise Physiology and numerous certifications within the field of health and fitness. After referring nearly two dozen clients, a few friends, and even my wife to his office over the last five years, I can confidently recommend Dr. Anastasi as a Sports and/or Family Physician; he's my primary physician at this point as well.

I saw Dr. Anastasi because my regular doctor left the office I saw her at. I needed refills on some meds, check ups on some labs, and discuss some chronic pain I've been experiencing for the last several years. Not only did he not just tell me to lose weight like everyone else, he actually ordered blood work to start figuring out what's wrong with me. It's really hard as a 280 lb woman to find a doctor to take you seriously when it comes to pain, so I really appreciated his concern.

The staff and office are nice. The provider is nice but he is not helpful with reducing any type of current symptom you have that is debilitating and affecting your life. He has you come to the office to tell you to take tylenol or ibprofen, or drink gatorade for conditions that need a specialist to review. You can ask for a referral but he will refuse. Instead, he will have you come to his office every week to give you information on your condition that could have been relayed over the phone.
