Scam with billing
I went to this doctor as recommended by my GP because I had an urgent issue. He saw me the same day which was great. He recommended I get a colonoscopy and I scheduled one for 3 weeks later. I got the colonoscopy done and it went fine. Three weeks later I got a bill from some anesthesiology service who apparently provided the anesthesiology for my colonoscopy. This was an anesthesiology service which was not in network on my excellent insurance. The bill for this anesthesiology service alone was for $1500. I would have had no way of knowing part of this procedure would be done by an out of network provider I had never seen or heard of. This was not disclosed to me before the procedure. I am now on the hook for entirety of this cost. The rest of my procedure was covered by insurance. I would not go to this doctor again for any kind of procedure, as I feel I was deceived and now am responsible for this huge unexpected expense.

Very happy patient
Dr Baichi has been my GI doctor for about 15 years. He’s a fabulous doctor who got my UC into remission and has helped me ever since. Very pleasant, good bedside manner and explains things well. Five star

I had GI issues and went to see this doctor but he never properly diagnosed my issue. He got confused himself. He ordered blood test, Liver function test, HIDA Scan of liver, Endoscopy ,breathing test for H. Pylori and all my past medical history but never come to the root of my problem. I spent thousands to pay bills and made numerous hospital visits but nothing better to my problem. I hardly recommend him. He is a nice person but not a great doctor.

Dr. Biachi has been my GI doc for ten years. He is very friendly and understanding, taking his time to explain medications, treatment, and options. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and diagnose problems. My wife, who is not a patient, had a serious issue that I needed an immediate second opinion on. Even though he was on vacation, Dr. Biachi reached out to me personally to talk and offer guidance. Amazing doctor.

Just a short note to let you know how pleased I was with the compassion and kindness and of yourself. I was so impressed how things have improved and go so much faster and that helps with my stress level. The prep kit really worked great! Thanks. So anyway, you are still my favorite doctor, wish you would have gone into primary care. Compassion and kindness are what a patient needs when sick. You can be very proud of the group you work with and yourself. Thank You Donna Sutcliffe

I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Baichi to family and friends. He did a great job on my procedure and was very patient and compassionate with me. Also, never kept me waiting at appointments and was happy to answer questions, did not rush me out of the office. Actually everybody I came in contact with at that office was equally compassionate.
