Not what he used to be.
Too busy to really care. Loved him when the practice was smaller and you felt cared for and important. I would not recommend him.

Incredible doctor!!
I have been seeing Dr. C since I was, gosh, about 6 or 7? I am now 23 and he has been the absolute best doctor I have ever seen. He is kind, he listens well, and he gives you OPTIONS for treatment and lets YOU decide what you think is best for you. Dr. Cunningham and his staff are the best in the area, hands down.

Becoming very rude
I never minded waiting for Dr. Cunningham BUT when he becomes rude and short tempered, because as he put it, "I'm very busy" I have a problem with it. I didn't complain or snap at him after waiting 50 minutes to see him, I don't believe that because someone wrote down the wrong reason for me being there and possibly overbooked him that I should have been treated as if I am beneath him and to snap at me when I ask him a question AND walk out of the room. I have lost SO much respect for him. This was not the 1st time that this has happened, also when he had students with him. My neighbor and I were discussing it, she too goes to Dr. Cunningham and she was feeling the same thing, maybe that situation is too stressful for him. He is not better than anyone of us, smarter in his field, yes, BUT not better.

real review - I just had my first appointment with Dr Cunningham and couldn't be more pleased! The receptionist at Saint Peter's was incredibly friendly, his nurse of 15 years Tracy was knowledgeable kind caring and effective. And Dr. Cunningham made me feel as comfortable as possible, while still being in the doctor's office. I wish I had found Dr Cunningham years ago!

I had him for a few years but I found him very condescending. He is obviously an intelligent guy but you still need to be kind. I found that fell into the same category that a lot of health care professionals do in that every problem I came to him with he brought back to me being overweight whether it was allergies, asthma, depression, anxiety or insomnia. I have moved on to a different primary care doctor who I feel has listened to me better and better expressed concerns within blaming

I have been a patient of Dr. Cunningham's for about 15 years. He is an excellent listener, and does a great job of treating with education. He doesn't just prescribe medication, he takes a more holistic approach to get to the root of the problem.

I found Dr Cunningham to be very knowledgeable. He was very willing to listen and to address my concerns. My only complaint was it took over 3 months to get my initial appointment, however I have found him to have been well worth the wait and would recommend to anyone that needs a family doctor and is able to wait for your first appointment. Very kind bedside manner.
