Poor
I’ve never met him or directly corresponded with him (because you are forced to work through the many layers of his staff) but his inability to get FAA medicals certified OR denied is incredible. His office is unacceptably slow with no communication with the patient as to the status of their medical. I have spoken to dozens of airmen awaiting results from his office and this lack of communication and slow processing seems to be the norm. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
