I no longer recommend this doctor
I've had Dr Fellows for about 5-6 years and in the early years, he was amazing - very attentive, listened to what I had to say, helpful with suggestions, and seemed like he genuinely cared. I had lunch with a friend and he mentioned how awful his experience was with Dr. Fellows in 2020. I was in disbelief when I found out that we both had the same doctor because my experience was so different. Fast forward to 2021-2023 and I'm starting to notice what my friend was talking about after a few visits to see Dr. Fellows. Dr Fellows seems to have changed to someone who's now dismissive of any medical issues I have without even taking a look. He also seems like he doesn't care and impatient when I explain the circumstances of any medical issues that I bring to his attention.

Dismissive & Patronizing
Dr. Fellows was assigned after my dr left. I was on very helpful meds which he immediately began trying to get me off of because he had had patients die due to OD (he told me) (and yet, he never once told me there was a chronic pain clinic available), dismissed questions about pain in ear, runny nose, sleep issues, or exploring about possible ADD. He was utterly dismissive and never asked exploratory questions. To me a fake laugh and disingenuous bedside manner. Put me on other meds, trying to get me off one, until I was on three. Huh? How's that work?! I kept trying, thinking it must be me, he's the doctor, until finally my husband told me to find someone else to actually get real care. And I did. If I thought that maybe I was just complaining for no reason, this new doctor (warm, open, and asks questions!) immediately referred me to the pain clinic (helpful!), and then set me up with allergy meds (working!), cognitive testing, and working on sleep issues. - Avoid Dr. Fellows.

If I could leave less stars I would
This doctor could care less about my care. He asked no questions, didn’t listen, then proceeded to speak down to me. Avoid this doctor at all cost.

Dismissed All My Concerns
I saw Dr. Fellows with a list of ailments: soreness from a recent bicycle collision, pain when running, toenail fungus, anxiety. He dismissed every last one of them without so much as a cursory exam. Anxiety? Everyone gets anxiety. Pain when running? You probably just aren’t someone who can run. Pain from your bike accident? If you have full ROM then you’re fine. I’ve never felt so minimized as a patient.

Compassionate & Inspirational
When Dr. Fellows was practicing in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania, I was very impressed with his bedside manner as well as his illimitable capacity to develope and maintain a genuine care & respect for all of his clients. After reading some of the reviews posted here at this page; to anyone condemning Dr. Fellows I speak directly, "Dr. Fellows is not the basis of your unhappiness and disappointment. Re-evaluate the status quo of your personal life and take stock of what you need to change in your life so you may be fulfilled in all."

This doctor seems completely uninterested in his work. Maybe he is, but if that is the case, find a different line of work. He is not very responsive, he didn’t even do an exam at my last regular check up even though I have past issues that should be monitored, and is just generally unhelpful. The last visit all I could do was sit in disbelief at the seemingly complete lack of interest or curiosity.

Haven't done blood test in years . I told Dr Fellows my reasons back and forth but he wanted to do a video chat over blood test work request which is really unnecessary. Normal Doctors would submit the clinic work to lab so I can stop by and get my blood tested. I was wondering if I only have to have a problem inorder to get my blood tested which shouldn't be the case. Doctors also make more money doing video calls for Kaiser that charges patients. He also told me annual blood tests doesn't exist. He only wanted to further assess me in a video call instead me walking into a lab and get my blood tested right away to see what's wrong instantly. Went with a different doctor and no questions asked got my blood test appointment setup. Avoid this Dr at all costs.
