Dr. Matthew Galloway took great care of my husband and kept me informed throughout his elbow surgery. This is day 1 post-op and he is taking no pain medication because he has minimal pain. Dr. Galloway tried to call my husband twice this morning to check on how he was doing and when my husband did not answer his phone, Dr. Galloway did not give up and called me! He truly cares about his patients and their successful outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Galloway! His team is also very caring and accommodating and there was minimal wait to see the doctor each time my husband had an appointment.

This doctor may know his job but he does not value your time. One time I went to get an injection and waited 2 hours to get an injection that took less than 5 minutes to administer. The second time I went back I was supposedly the first patient and from the time of check in to the time I was placed in the back waiting room it was one hour of still not being seen. I could hear the doctor talking to another patient and I was thinking to myself if I am the first patient how come I ended up waiting an hour to be seen. I decided this was the last time this office was going to pull this on me. I just walked out. So they ended up getting my copay and I got no service and left very very aggravated. I do not recommend this office to anyone!

Appreciated Dr Galloway's honesty, clarity, and patience. Spoke to me on my level and told me the truth. Visited Dr G for a second opinion and I Am thankful he did not recommend surgery.

I am a patient of Dr. Galloways. I fell and injured my leg and needed a knee replacement. The front desk got me in to see Dr. Galloway very quickly. Dr. Galloway was empathetic, patient and very kind. My knee replacement went very smoothly and I am back to walking an hiking with no pain. Will recommend Dr. Galloway, Clayton Noa, PA and his whole smiling staff to my friends!

my name is Marco I am 26 I should be in good health aside from the current issues I am having with my legs. I fractured my fibula in January while I was at work, I was referred to Dr. Galloway by a family friend and luckily my worker's comp got me in to see this Dr. This was the worst decision I could have ever made for my health and my future as a 26-year-old. When I first went to see the Dr it took almost an hour for me to get into the backroom then I waited for about another thirty minutes to be seen. This is something I would learn to get used to while coming to this office. I would then be verbally abused by staff members especially the one at the front her name is Anne she is a miserable woman who should not be in the medical field what so ever I've seen her treat other patients like garbage including myself. one of the ladies at the front never filed the proper paperwork to get me my closed hinge knee brace it took me almost six weeks to receive it so I never had the chance t

I waited an hour in the waiting room in an hour in the exam room. My surgery day was very confusing as the staff had booked him into two facilities at the same time let’s put my surgery very late in the afternoon. The doctor came in was very agitated. The lady that files insurance was incredibly rude and gave me miss information. Dr. was not very forthcoming with results, therapies or advice. Would not recommend using doctor

Dr. Galloway is a well informed personable doctor who made me feel comfortable the second he entered the room. He gave me his full attention, answered my questions and is the kind of individual I am glad chose medicine as his profession. His staff is warm and helpful-complementing the qualities of the doctor.

Dr. Galloway is an awesome Doctor!As a Mother of young men that play high school football and college D1 football, there is no one else I would trust. Dr. Galloway is extremely knowledgeable! He understands the concerns and the life of a student athlete! He is the whole package the skills to treat you with the best advice and treatment for your issue and a fabulous caring bed side manner. An incredible caring doctor who would not give up on finding the source of my pain. I trust Dr Galloway has also made the time to see my mom who was visiting from out to town and now my husband is also going to him for a problem with his hip. He takes his time to explain your issue and well offer the best advice.
Doctors like this are rare in this day and age. He has certainly found his calling in treating his patients with dignity, love and respect.

Dr. Galloway is not only friendly, but took the time to explain why the pain and how to treat it. He answered the most simple to complex questions I had. I travel 22 miles from Tampa to his office and will continue to see him as any other situations may arise. The staff is knowledgable and so friendly and I highly recommend his practice when you need an Orthopedic doctor.
