He deserves an F, not a star
He is only interested in confining people in lock down and prescribing expensive medication not covered by insurance. After I suffered a concussion, my sister thought I should be evaluated psychiatrically and had me forcibly brought to Monmouth Medical Center. Dr. Geller became very angry and intimidating with me when I didn’t want to stay and ultimately I was held against my will. The gibberish that he write in my records was illogical and false. The bills from his hospitalization and the medications he ordered cost me over $500,000.He is not Board Certified and has no compassion for his patients. He should not be practicing medicine.

Bad Psychiatrist
We have had several experiences with Geller through the Monmouth Medical Center Behavioral Health program. He is only interested in keeping patients for as long as possible and upping their medication without waiting for the original dosages to take affect. No interest in talking with support system who have been by the patient for several years. Asks the patient about medicine but no interest in hearing their emotional/social concerns. Kept our daughter in the hospital over Christmas holiday. Cruel and unnecessary.
