Worthless as a Dr
If I could give zero stars I would. A few trips to the ER over the last few years for kids & had this Dr. NEVER has he been in the room more than 10 minutes. Never has he fully checked all areas of concern. I’m sure he was an ‘A’ student, but he is 100% lacking in compassion, empathy or realization that he is, in fact, dealing with humans. If I ever need help for myself or a loved one again and Dr Gerde walks in, I will be asking for another Dr. If I have to come back in 12 hours when the shift is over, or go to another facility and restart my wait anyway, I’d rather not waste my time listening to him babble about how great he is. This Dr on 2 occasions, has told me “the only thing that would cause XYZ is 123. Then confirmed 123 was good. But leaves us hanging with XYZ being untreated and no possible causes or solutions. So we have to follow up elsewhere. Such a waste of time and money. Essentia, I expect better!
