I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Matthew Hecht and was extremely pleased with the outcome. He carefully went over the condition of my eyes and what type of lens are available. When I made my decision he and his staff went over the procedure and what to expect. The surgery was painless as the follow up appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hecht for over twenty years and I give him five stars in the likelihood of recommending Dr. Hecht to others. I have several eye conditions and without his medical expertise, I could of went blind. He is kind, patient, and always explains the progress of my conditions and treatment options thoroughly.

I was seen by Matthew Hecht twice regarding my need for cataract surgery. There is something not right in that office. The office personnel are not personable at all. It seems like they are all being watched carefully during all interactions. There are no doors on any of the rooms and there are always two people in the room during any of the testing and consulting with the doctor. They just stood there ackwardly. It is very creepy. In addition, I was unable to talk to them about my insurance cov
