Dr. Matthew Hughes, MD

This was my second surgery by Dr Hughes so I knew what to expect. The surgery went smoothly and the results could not have been more satisfactory. I hope if I need another Mohs surgery it will be with him.

Dr was friendly and inspired confidence. He removed basal cell skin cancer on my arm. It has healed well and quickly.

Dr Hughes and his assistant were awesome! I always enjoy seeing Dr Hughes and catching up. He is always very thorough and allows you to ask questions and make comments.

i had a very large growth on my leg that he removed for me. He explained what the procedure was and what he was going to do. They even allowed my husband in the room with me when Dr Hughs noticed a spot on my husband's forehead and he checked to make sure that it wasn't cancer, before he continued with my procedure. Very gentle touch, and he assured me that he wasn't too concerned about the small growth on my leg. The report from the lab negative and was back within a couple of days. there is minimal scarring, and it has healed nicely.

Always does what he says and does it well. He has a great reputation in his field of dermatology.

Everything was very professional and the staff very good. I have used this facility for many years.

Dr Hughes did a great job on my surgery and his staff is top notch, could not be more pleased with the results. Would certainly recommend him and would use him again!

Dr. Hughes has a very calming effect on what can be a mentally challenging situation. My "scar" area looks way better than most would expect and I believe as it heals it will look even better. Thank you!

I was greeted by Kita(sp?) and Amber. Kita took the time to go over the procedure to make sure I understand what was going to happen. She and Amber were wonderful. Dr. Hughes also explained everything to me. He was very thorough and had a great "bedside manner." all in all, I was very pleased with your office's handling of my surgery.

Have had multiple exposures to Dr. Hughes, and have always found him to be very capable, courteous, professional and successful in his procedures. Would and have recommended him to family and friends.

Office staff was very friendly and waiting time was minimal. Excellent follow up instructions and easy to make follow up appointment. Dr. Hughes and his assistant were fantastic. Explained everything and answered all of my questions.

I have very bad skin issues that has gotten progressively worse. I have rashes and sores on my arms and legs. Dr.Hughes has prescribed some medicines tha have really helped. I can’t say enough good things about him. He takes his time and explains everything so that I can understand it. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologis.

All the staff were awesome at communicating exactly what was going on, even when I was waiting for the anesthesia to kick in they were explaining why I was waiting. All the staff announced themselves when they came in the room and told me what they were doing. Best customer service experience ever.
