Claimed they took my insurance. Drove all the way on the other side of Memphis to be told that they do not take my insurance, but they knew my deductible by charging my credit card.

First impressions are lasting impressions. Dr Kangas has an excellent bed side manner. I was very nervous coming in the clinic as I had been with my prior Dr for 14+ years. Dr. Kangas listened to me, explained things to me, developed a plan of care that I felt comfortable with.

Loved Dr. Kangas. Great at explaining things to you. Also great of explaining different options for your diagnosis. Did not make you feel rushed and actually acted like he was listening to how you felt. Great Dr. Thanks Dr. Kangas.

Everyone in the Southaven office is very professional, caring and friendly. Dr Kangas is really an exceptional and caring doctor. Between he and Brooke, the physician assistant, they do everything possible to keep my pain level at a manageable level. I am very happy they have an office in Southaven, and I would not want to go to a different pain management center.

Dr Kansas had reviewed all of my scans and procedures prior to my 1st appointment. He came up with a solution to my pain that other doctors had missed. He is the absolute best doctor that has given me injections for my hip pain. His bedside manner is equally impressive as his skill with procedures.

Proper scheduling made the overall visit flow smoothly. Very little time waiting in lobby or in room waiting for doctor. Dr Kangas knowledge of my medical Hx and previous testing made it clear he thoroughly reviewed my file prior to my assessment. Overall, extremely high rating of my experience.

Dr. Kangas is the best ever. He is the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly DR. I have ever encountered with and the same thing can be said about his staff in Southaven. They are way ahead of any pain clinic I have visited. They are more than just a pill mill like others in Southaven. They actuallly listen to you and have the diagnostic equipment to pinpoint your cause of pain and will devolope an individual treatment plan for you. I do not have enough characters left on this review to tell you all of the positive things about him and his staff, so I will just leave it right here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING DR. Dr. Kangas effectively relieved my pain

had to cancel my last appointment because the only person in the office had an emergency with his wife the morning of my appointment and had to take her to emergency room. i got billed for the cancelation and i paid the bill that i did not feel was fair but as for dr kangas he is great
