Brilliant Skilled Surgeon
Dr. Mayfield performed my Gastric Bypass surgery in April 2022. Everything went great, and he showed kindness, care, and compassion throughout the entire process. His Bariatric Surgery department has received the distinction of Center of Excellence. Dr. Mayfield also performed my Panniculectomy, and I have a beautiful flat abdomen for the first time in my life.

Wonderful Surgeon
Dr. Mayfield did my gastric bypass in July of 2021 and also did a gallbladder removal shortly after. Both surgeries went swimmingly with zero complications. When I did have questions about recovery and healing, he got back to me in a timely manner. Dr. Mayfield seriously cares about his patients and their well-being. He has the most wonderful bedside manner and makes sure you understand what’s going on. I 100% recommend him and trust him.

Dr. Mayfield is an amazing surgeon, gifted and caring! There are no words to describe how thankful I am and how he changed my life. He did my gastric bypass, and made me the happiest woman in the universe, everything went smooth, no complications whatsoever. I just love him with all my heart! I was well taken care of, and never felt neglected or rushed. Always answered all of my questions, we gave a hug when I needed it! ?? He is just awesome!

I am, to say the least, unsatisfied with the way everything went leading to surgery, and with the outcome of the surgery. Up until 5 minutes before I went under, I was under the understanding that I was having an abdominolplasty done. Little to my surprise, when I met with the seurgon, for the first time I found out I wasn't. I have now been left horribly disfigured and will need to pay out of pocket for the correct procedure to be done.
