Does anyone know where Dr McCabe went? I know he left Texas Orthopedic and I would really LOVE to know where he went. He did my mom's surgery and I wanted him to do mine.

Dr. McCabe sat down and actually listened to my concerns and fears every single visit. I had to have surgery and he was very confident and reassuring through the entire process and the follow up visits. It takes alot for me to feel safe in a surgeons hands but I never had any doubts while in his care. He was patient, caring and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. McCabe.

Everything went great and was impressed with the entire process and surgery. I had a plethora of questions but Dr. McCabe was very informative, patient, and thoroughly answered everything to make sure I was comfortable. All around great practice that does phenomenal work.

Dr. McCabe is professional but yet shows compassion and is personable. Something I especially enjoyed about Dr. Cabe is at the end of every visit he always ask “what else can I do for you”? He understands how to put his patients at ease. Dr. McCabe performed surgery on my foot. I have had 2 knee surgeries, hand surgery and shoulder surgery at Texas Orthopedics and I would say in my experience Dr McCabe certainly fits the bill for top notch surgeons. My Rupture Achilles repair with Dr. McCabe was flawless . I was a little nervous prior to surgery since it was my first one, but Dr. McCabe provided me with comfort with the amount of information and understanding of the Achilles repair to lessen my anxiety. Dr. McCabe is also extremely understanding when it comes to various financial situations. He allowed me to pay my bill once I had the money to pay it on my pay day to help my financial load at that moment. Matthew McCabe is practical and intentional. If you are seeking someone with knowledge, understanding while illustrating compassion towards his patients-McCabe is your doctor.

Outstanding Surgeon, great personality along with genuine patient care before and after surgery. He put my fractured ankle back together which I had broken riding my mountain bike. My physical therapy at Texas Health Greater Therapy Centers mirrored the excellent level of care needed to fully recover from the injury.

Kinda late in my review, but that was only because after surgery and healing I have been going non stop :) But seriously, I appreciated working with Dr. Mccabe. I had some how damaged my foot and after a month and a half passed without healing I was recommended to A.O.S. in Bedford. Dr. McCabe allowed me to participate in my care, he had suggestions regarding my care and so did I. He listen to what I was saying & asking and did not object to me wanting to try new things. Unfortunately, nothing worked so surgery was the next step. As much as I was trying to avoid it, it still happened. The surgery went well, and I can now walk on this foot. I count that as a blessing. So, Dr. McCabe thank you for all your help. :)

Dr McCabe is very thorough and I felt like he cared. All of my questions were answered. He’s the only surgeon that has ever called after my surgery.

Dr McCabe has treated me multiple times. I am an athlete and have had issues with my feet. Dr McCabe always was thorough and helpful in diagnosing my problems and helping me rehab and recover. I highly recommend Dr McCabe.

My daughter broke her big toe. I wasn’t sure what could be done for her toe but Dr McCabe was very helpful. He was great working with my daughter and was able to communicate on her level she’s 7. She was so nervous about going, it was a great visit and her toe is almost fully recovered. He is so caring and thoughtful. I am very impressed with his ethics And professionalism.
