Horrific. Absolutely no care or concern. Went in for a sprained ankle was treated like it was no big deal and referred to a pain specialist that I didn’t even need. My pain was improving not getting worse. He didn’t listen to my concerns and rambled on about complex regional pain. I think this doctor should retire asap!

Dr. McQuaid is a wonderful podiatrist! I stopped taking my Mom to him 3 years ago ( she was 90) because of the distance...it was an hour one way. Even though we liked her new Dr., he just didn’t go the extra mile. Dr. McQuaid is so competent. He is professional, compassionate, honest and understanding. Chanel is so adorable, upbeat and fun, as well as, professional, competent and informative. Becky makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is sweet and kind. Also, competent and professional. From the moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. We are thrilled to be in his competent care again and the care and consideration of his wonderful staff. Two thumbs up!! P.S. mom is now 93!

After using two other doctors for problems with my foot Dr. McQuaid and his team have got me walking again and looking forward to a complete treatment. From the receptionist to the recovery room nurse nothing but the best. There is no one better.

I had a constant pain in my heal when I got out of bed in the morning and was lucky enough to find Dr. McQuaid. He explained my problem was Plantar Fasciitis. He gave me a cortisone shot in my heel and told me to do certain exercises every morning and not to walk on the floor barefoot. He also recommended Vionic shoes which would help my heal and arch. I was pleased that my heel started to feel better the first week and now after over a month I feel 95% better.

I broke my foot in two places and was very discouraged. Couldn't drive, put any weight on my foot for over six weeks. I live alone and had to ask my friends to even take out my garbage for me. I was always treated with such concern and kindness, by Dr. McQuaid and his staff. I felt like, when I was in his office, for my appointment, that I was the most important patient he had. I highly recommend Dr. McQuaid - he is a skilled doctor and a kind and mindful person.

I have been going to him since the 90's when I first had Achilles issues and most recently with bunions. His care plan includes informed options which enabled me to make an informed decision on my treatment plan. The results have been terrific and I am now pain free! Dr. McQuaid is arrogant, more concerned about reading off a bunch of medical procedure numbers into his computer than interacting with and finding out what his patient needs. During a recent visit to try on new diabetic shoes, he belittled me when I had to refuse them because they were solid leather. I remember telling him I cannot wear leather, in addition to needing velcro. So I did get the velcro, but the shoes were unwearable. He acted as if my refusal were a personal affront to his work!
