'Exceptional Care: 5 Stars for Dr. Miller
Taking a loved one to the ER is never easy, and I'll admit, I was a wreck. Our first encounter with Dr. Miller was at the Methodist ER in the Medical Center after my mom arrived by ambulance. Despite my emotional state, Dr. Miller was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to listen to my concerns (even amidst tears) and explaining everything in a way that I could understand. The following week, we found ourselves at the Methodist ER in Helotes, where we were fortunate enough to be under Dr. Miller's care once again. His bedside manner is truly exemplary; he dedicated ample time to thoroughly assess my mom's condition and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout both visits.Dr. Miller's thoroughness and compassionate approach left us feeling reassured and well-cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Miller for his professionalism and unwavering commitment to patient well-being. Five stars without hesitation!
