I am a geriatric patient. As such, I've seen a lot of Drs. in my life. Had some really scary ones and some good ones, but Dr. Noell is, honestly, the first one I have had that made me feel heard. I mean, truly heard. I felt as though I could confide in him, though I'm a very guarded person by nature. He has been nothing but patient and has always made me feel like I'm special. I don't have much of a personal support system, so this speaks volumes to me. I have told multiple people they should switch doctors to Dr. Noell and a couple have and feel the same as I do. I have nothing but gratitude to Dr. Noell and hope to maintain him as my doctor for a long time.

For 2 years, I have wanted Dr.Noel to order a brain scan on my husband and for 2 years he said it wasn't necessary. After 2 years, I changed doctors and the first thing she did was order a brain scan. The diagnosis is Alzhimers. Needless to say, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.

When I first met dr. Noelle I thought he was the best then after a few appointments I realized he was very unprofessional. He never drew my blood and never did my labs or even give me a physical. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anybody. To an experience

I am usually uncomfortable with the thought of going to a doctor. I was nervous when my doctor retired and Dr. Noell took over. He is a common sense doctor, listens to your concerns, and doesn't make you feel like you're a complete failure when it comes to weight loss or upkeep. He provides real answers and solutions. His bedside manner is wonderful.

Extremely Poor. His predecessor, Dr. William Woo was an incredible doctor and Noell as his replacement so I ended up with Noell. He's new to the profession and lacks experience. I never would have chosen this person on my own.

Dr. Noell is my primary care physician, who took over from Dr. Woo, who was fantastic. Luckily, Matt is outgoing, very knowledgeable, whip-smart, thorough, and keeps appointments with me as though he has all the time in the world. As I get older, I appreciate the experience Matt brings, his understanding of my health overall, and just how upbeat and friendly he is. I am fully satisfied having Matt as my doctor--he has filled some big shoes graciously and professionally.

As a woman, he validated my concerns, actively listened to me, and seemed really care. I never felt rushed. He took the time that was needed for me. When my other doctor retired, Dr. Noell took over and I could not be happier.
