Dr. Otto was a significant factor in the ER experience at Good Samaritan hospital. He was knowledgeable, prescriptive, and was able to instill a sense of calm while providing needed services. I seen Dr. Otto in the emergency room for a possible miscarriage. He was nice. I was hoping to get his email address to ask him a few questions
