Very rude sectarian and staff, Mr. Pogodzinski's office is unorganized. I made several calls between my insurance and his office to get an idea of what will be covered- even faxed over my old hearing test results. The people on the phone were uninformed about ENT procedures, lacked the work ethic communicate between my insurance and their office, and insisted "we'll just figure it out after your visit." This doctor's pricing is clearly for profit and not costumer centered.

Dr. Pogodzinsk just trying to get as much as possible from your insurance by asking to come for the useless follow-up appointments. I'm surprised that he has so many good reviews and he still in business!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this Dr to anyone. He was kind, patient, a great listener and was extremely knowledgeable. He took time and put me at ease.

I went to Dr. P with concerns about my tonsils, post nasal drip, and vocal health. He has worked with singers before. I got a laryngoscope to check that my vocal folds are healthy. He goes in through the nose. While it was uncomfortable, Dr. P has excellent bedside manner and was as gentle as possible. He also listened to all my concerns. At the end we decided on a course of treatment that I am comfortable with and that I believe will be beneficial. It was a great experience.

This was the worst experience of my life. My appointment time was changed three times in the course of two days before surgery. Even the day of my surgery he was cold and could care less about the anxiety I was dealing with. I hate surgeries and I hate hospitals! His staff had the same bed side demeanor and had a could care less attitude. Would never recommend him!
