Staffing and doctor was very helpful

I recently was asked to do urine test at Mill City Medical lowell ma. I arrived on time but the doctors order was not in the computer. They put my name on a piece of tape on the cup. Then they didn't bill medicare correctly. And I got a paper bill for the full amount. Infact this has happened once already it was there fault on that one too. Dr Savory in my opinion is very forgetful and makes alot of mistakes. Not very impressed with this whole practice.

Dr. Savory has been my primary care doctor for several years. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. He is willing to answer questions and discuss options. The staff at the practice are excellent and very responsive. Communication has always been great, and is now especially easy using the patient portal.

Always a great visits! He is very easy to talk to and always listens to you. Love having him for my doctor.

The attention to detail from Dr. Savory and all his staff. I would highly recommend them.

Every staff member takes a personal interest in the patient's health care. No stone left unturned when attempting to identify a health concern. An hour one on one annual physical by Matt. He has been my Dr for probably 17 years. So happy with and appreciative of his teams daily efforts. Thank you!

After my long time Dr retired i thought it was going to be hard to find another good and trustworthy doctor but, after seeing Dr. Savory, for a few years now I know I have found one in doctor Savory. I have been going to Dr Savory for several years and feel comfortable discussing most anything regarding my health issues. He takes the time to listen and explain everything and follows up whenever I leave a message. I have stayed with him even through I moved 75 miles away because I am comfortable with him and confident that he is going to help me get and stay healthy.

Dr. Savory takes the time to get to know his patients. Attention to detail regarding specific medical care and procedures but also cares about how it impacts the entire patient. Explains everything extremely well. I always feel better leaving his office knowing I have top notch care.

He was once my doctor for a couple of years. Has no time for patients during physicals (my experience). Spent 3-5 minutes with me each time. He may be a good doctor, but he fills his plate too full that he only has three minutes with a patient for an annual physical. This doctor also ordered an operation on me that I considered unnecessary. I refused it and gave the surgeon my reasons and suggested a less invasive treatment, and truly the surgery was unnecessary because the less invasive treatment I suggested worked perfectly. Even the surgeon agreed with my views.

In the hospital ER TWICE!! Dr. Savory still didn't care what happened to me after being a patient for 15 years. Due to his neglect and refusal to see me, I ended up with incredible medical costs that I cannot afford. I actually begged him because I was so sick from my condition and he still refused. I now have a long road of testing and procedures that could have been avoided. Dr. Savory you should be paying for all my medical costs inasmuch as your neglect was (and is) the cause.
