A common sense doctor that cares!
I’m so happy that we got recommendations from friends, and got a second opinion from a sports medicine doctor…Dr. Simmons! Our son broke his back and was told by a back surgeon that it was a birth defect, and that he could still wrestle. We decided to get a second opinion and Dr. Simmons benched our son immediately and he ended up taking 12 weeks off all activity to heal. Now he is functioning normally and is even able to do weightlifting with no pain. Trust your gut and remember that even doctors make mistakes. All the red flags went up with the first doctor, and if we had followed his advice, I believe that our son’s back would have gotten worse, and he may have ended up needing surgery. ??Dr. Simmons was caring, concerned about his long-term back health, and took a common sense approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a sports medicine doctor!

The best experience I have ever had with a doctor.
The best experience I have ever had with a doctor. My appointment was for knee pain. Dr. Simmons listened carefully to my previous symptoms and problems walking, searching for possible causes went further and practically saved me from paralysis. He is a great person as are Brittany and Madison his assistants. Most importantly, Dr. Simmons cares deeply about the well-being of his patients.

Knowledgeable, patient and proficient
Had a new patient appt with Dr Simmons this week. He was highly recommended by a friend and current patient. What an awesome experience with both Dr Simmons and his assistant Brittany. I appreciated the genuine warm greeting from both and felt like they truly listened to my issues and without feeling rushed. Not only was I was pleased with his recommendations for my situation but also look forward to continuing care. It was a wonderful experience!
