Dr. Matthew Truscello, DPM

Dr. Truscello was great. The front desk staff was great. However, Lexi, the insurance submitter/surgery scheduler will not call you back regardless of how many messages you leave, will cancel your surgery the night before with no apology, and will promise to keep you informed while on the phone- but then you will never hear from her again. I am now looking for a new surgeon because of Lexi and her lack of respect for my time, and honestly as a human. I hope Dr. Truscello resolves this issue soon. I may be the first who has spoken out about it - but there is no way that this has only happened to me. It was a very unfortunate experience.

Dr t caring and concerned expert in his field . Wonderful DR. His staff have always been committed and caring professional and all of their nursing ability's especially one in particular stands out who goes above and beyond is Dr T's nurse Britney who is wonderful at her nursing ability's.

good experience with office visit

Dr. Truscello gave me my life back. I walked around for 2 years with torn Peroneal Tendons. Went to 18 Dr's and let them torture my poor ankle. I went to Dr. Truscello and he immediately did his own MRI. Saw the torn tendons & tumor in my Tarsal Tunnel and set up surgery. After surgery I was 99% pain free. I jumped out of our boat, onto our concrete driveway, in May 2016 to try and save my husband's life. I tore something again. I pray he can help me again. The same gasoline fire pain is back!

The staff there are always smiling and super sweet. They remember us when we walk in. Dr. Trucello knows what he's doing!!! I trust him whole heartedly with my son. My son has undergone two surgeries performed by Dr. Trucello. From diagnosis, pre-op appointments, surgeries, post op appointments, and follow up appointments we have been 100% satisfied through out the whole process. We love Dr. Trucello and his staff!!!
