Great anesthesiologist
Dr. Victor is a 10 as far as anesthesiologists go. He was kind, informative, attentive, and very skillled. Great, fantastic doctor!

Took the time to explain more about anesthesia than any Anesthesiologist I've ever encountered. Pleasant bedside manner. Took good care of me. Checked on me at multiple points before discharge. I would gladly allow Dr. Victor to care for me again.

at UC Health hosp Dr Victor, MD advise me 20 mins before surgery he will be assisted by Chase Hemsley, who turned out to be a CRNA not MD for a 1hour spine operation. His followup to surgery was good. But when the bill comes Dr Victor MD bills me $1495 for MD services and $1495 for the CRNA. When I objected to the charge UC Health says"that's the way we do it and your insurance allowed for the charges ." So I'm stuck with the bill and I have to pay it. So if a Dr wants to invite extra personnel for a 1 hour surgery, the patient has no say, no objection is listened to, and with a large deductible a large payment is due. So too bad for the patients just pay the doctor whatever he feels he can get. UC Health would not entertain any objections or adjustments for the CRNA.
