Dr. Wallace came across as arrogant, childish, disrespectful and terrified my son of surgery when my son actually needs surgery. After he seem to realize he had been inappropriate, he kept us in the appointment awkwardly long, trying to reestablish his expertise by discussing medical issues that my son didn't have. I believe this was his strange attempt to "make nice".

He is not fit to be a Doctor. He did not do a good biopsy, resulting in poor diagnosis. That is sarcoma was diagnosed but with no sub type specification. He let the students enter the room without permission. He scarred me with the news of having cancer but provided with false treatment option. he told I may need to have amputation even when the tumor was small. that created a false impression of having a massive tumor. when i went to another physician they said amputation is a bad idea

I would highly recommend Dr. Matthew Wallace. Prior to surgery he explained what was going to be done & to this day -10 months in -he explains clearly what to expect. He answers all of our many questions every time, listens to concerns & answers them clearly. He is a very pleasant, understanding & a concerned Dr.. I wish all Drs. would be like him. He takes his time to be with a patient . Thank you Dr. Wallace for everything you have done for us.

Dr. Wallace was wonderful with both us and our daughter, (who is a minor). He spent a great deal of time discussing every aspect of her diagnosis and the recommended treatment. He answered all of her questions and put her at ease about her pending surgery. Follow up visits were the same. He took tons of time with us and made her feel like she could ask whatever questions she needed. We were very please with him and his staff who were also incredibly kind, thoughtful and caring.

Came across as terrifying patient rather than putting him at ease. Seemed quite arrogant with his medical knowledge and allowed medical students to enter room during clinical examination without asking patient's permission. Despite initial politeness, our experience was traumatic.
