The whole experience was great. The only "bad" thing is that my appointiment was at 1:30 pm and I did not get seen till past 3 pm, sitting in the room waiting was a long time. I understand things could go wrong but waiting for more than an hour is too much BUT the service was great other than that. They did apologize for the wait. I was very pleased afterall with everything except the wait.

I'm not sure if I made a mistake when I was answering the yes or no questions, but everything is supposed to be extremely well. Everything was a definite yes. So if I made a mistake, they need to be put to definitely yes. And it was the most amazing and beautiful experience, and I appreciate everybody there. Thank you.

It was frustrating to be called to ask if I could come in earlier in the day (within an hour and a half range), then after arriving within that time, still waiting 30 minutes in the lobby before being taken back to a room. Otherwise, all was well.
