Dr. Matthew Yousif, DO

Dr Yousif was knowledgeable but I had two appointments with him and during both he seemed rushed and like he didn’t want to be there. During one appointment, which was less than 10 minutes, I had to stop him from leaving the room so I could ask my questions. I noticed he did the same thing yo another patient too.

He’s the best !!!

Dr. Yousif was my 5th orthopedic surgeon. I have been in pain for a long time and I am so thankful I was sent his way! He found the root of my issues and took the time to go over everything with me, answer all my questions, and ultimately get me on the road to recovery! I am about 6 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier!

Beyond even an impressive Dr. Matthew Yousif is a gifted, caring and compassionate healer. I was desperately searching for relief from constant pain in my right shoulder, increasing loss in range of motion, and overall strength in the arm following an accident. For two years I tried every conservative remedy from physical therapy to pain management training and cortisone injections; had consulted several surgeons, but when I viewed a short video of a surgical repair being performed and narrated by Dr. Yousif, I knew instantly that he was the "real deal" and that I could entrust him with my shoulder, arm and the quality of my life and he has delivered beyond all my hopes and expectations. Less than 3 weeks since surgery.I have had minimal discomfort and am regaining full use of my arm again, thanks to this gifted surgeon.

i had to get a plate and screws in my clavicle. it was my first surgery and i was very nervous but i shouldnt of been it was a quick surgery and i recovered fast

He is a magician

So I’ve been touch with dr. Yousifs office and my primary care doctor dr alsaadi to get my knee surgery and it seems that i can’t bridge the gap of paperwork . No direct line into the Southfield office. Promises of call back haven’t happened. New patient not so good experience right right now. I’m in pain my knee locks up . And I’m at a loss of words. Should i be working this hard just to get in touch with someone or a call back. It’s personal. Dr. Yuosif probably doesn’t know this.

During a six month period prior to my knee replacement, Dr. Yousif answered everyone of my questions. After the surgery, I had absolutely no problem getting a returned call and questions answered. He also, Sent me before and after x-ray pictures. The scare, much to my surprise, was minimal. GREAT WORK DOC!!!

Trusting my ACL with Dr Yousif was the best decision I made. Right from the time of diagnosis to the post surgery follow up, he was actively involved, listened patiently and made time to answer all my questions. He treated me like he would've treated his own family member. I would highly recommend him for anyone considering an ACL surgery.

I was very upset when I found out that I had to have knee surgery. After meeting Dr. Yousif, he made all my fears go away. He explained everything that was needed and believe me, he did everything to make me be able to dance again. I am so grateful that he did such a great job. I tell everyone how he's the best.
